As part of our preconstruction, we begin collaborating with you and the project team during preliminary planning. With LEED® Accredited Professionals on staff, we work as part of a multidisciplinary team to determine the appropriate use of integrated materials, building systems and energy-saving construction practices, as well as materials recycling and waste reduction. This early involvement helps achieve your sustainability goals in a manner that best fits your budget. Green doesn’t always have to cost more.
