It has been over a year and a half since the pandemic started and construction companies all over the world learned quickly how to accept the changes that COVID-19 instilled into their daily operations. Wise not only accepted these changes, we embraced them, and have grown with them.
The pandemic has made our teams stronger than ever before and we’ve continued to secure great work and clients, as well as great people to join our team—14 to be exact—across our Project Management, Field, Marketing, Estimating, MEP & VDC departments. Welcome Wise’s newest employees:

What are you enjoying most about being a Wise employee so far? “I tend to be a little shy when I’m thrown into a new setting. So, to be greeted with such warmth and excitement on my first day at my first job out of college told me all I needed to know about Wise; it’s a company that I see myself growing with for years to come. I am so lucky to be a part of this family that every single employee talks so highly about.”

What are you enjoying most about being a Wise employee so far? “I really enjoy the company culture at Wise Construction. From rodeos, ice cream days, cookouts, and golf Wednesdays, there is always activities going on to keep the office integrated and engaged. It has made meeting people at Wise Construction much easier and has also been very fun.”
