Cafeteria RenovationArchitect: CBT Architects
Wise Construction renovated a biotech client’s employee cafeteria, upgrading the facility, increasing seating capacity, and creating more efficient traffic flow. This unique space is complimented by many custom elements, including a commissioned 3-form tree of light that serves as a dramatic focal point. High- end finishes include a custom curved glass guard for the serving area, Agate Italian stone countertops, custom millwork, and cork flooring.
The ten-week project required extensive preconstruction planning and judicious procurement of materials in order to meet the aggressive renovation schedule. Up-front planning by Wise project team members enabled the client to achieve the best dollar value possible and a stunning result.
