Renovations to a Class A office space at Exchange Place for a commercial real estate brokerage firm. Work involved construction of executive offices and administrative space, renovations to the lobby and conference facilities, upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and installation of new finishes throughout the space on the 37th floor.
