Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates

Construction of several laboratories including a Pathology Laboratory that had a complex scope of work. This Pathology lab construction began with only shell space and involved new roof-top equipment, new mechanical and electrical systems, lab casework and equipment, new mechanical and electrical systems, hot and cold water piping to VAVB boxes, and new common area. This project team excelled at seamlessly sequencing construction activities around sensitive, on-going operations in the facility.
