Wise Construction

Expansion of existing facility with the construction of a new 10,000 SF research laboratory. The conversion of office space to laboratory space required extensive mechanical system upgrades including installation of new ventilation systems, ductwork for HVAC and back-up generators. The expansion contains several new wet labs and testing labs. The project was completed while adjacent laboratory space remained operational. To eliminate dust and mitigate disruptions, the Wise team utilized state of the art technology.
