Corporate Headquarters renovations

Construction manager of multi-phased 80,000 SF expansions and renovation of corporate headquarters in downtown Boston. The project included the fit-up of office space and the lobby, common area renovations, upgrades to mechanical systems and construction of a new dining facility. The office remained fully operational for the duration of the project. The project was completed in 4 phases.
