This complex scope of work began with only shell space and involved new roof top equipment, new mechanical and electrical systems, lab casework and equipment, new mechanical and electrical systems, lab casework and equipment, hot and cold water piping to VAVB boxes, and new common area. This project team excelled at seamlessly sequencing construction activities around sensitive, on-going HealthCare Operations.
