Hallmark Health Systems at Melrose Wakefield Hospital

New Hematology and Oncology treatment facility(on three floors) that included waiting areas, doctor's offices, exam rooms, a pharmacy, a phlebotomy laboratory, 14-infusion rooms, 2 private rooms, several nurses stations, medical records room, triage pre-exam rooms, social worker office, director offices and a high-tech multi-purpose education room. Project also involved the installation of a state of the art large scale VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) heating and cooling system. The efficiency of system is second to none and offers a substantial increase in energy efficiency and corresponding EER/COP ratings.
