Conversion of a 68,000cuft (40,000 SF) warehouse building into a GMP distribution center. Project installing (40) -80 degree freezer units with nitrogen cooling backup and 500KVA generator backup, building 68,000 CUFT of Freezers and cold rooms with redundant cooling systems built to handle delicate pharmaceuticals and fork lift traffic; hazardous materials storage rooms, laboratory spaces and offices.
