Construction Management

The Wise team manages the project from the initial design phase through the final completion including:

Methodical review and verification of trade contractor’s construction costs
Diligent management of subcontractors and negotiation of conflict resolution
Coordination of utility services
Construction quality control and safety management
Shop drawing review and coordination
Open and regular communication with clients including weekly project meetings, updated project schedules and monthly cost reports
Meticulous review of all trade contractor applications for payment and change orders execution of start-up operations, systems testing, commissioning and owner operations training

Upon completion we will review the entire project with you to ensure that all goals have been accomplished to your complete satisfaction. We ensure waivers, guarantees, warranties, as-built drawings, system training and document controls.
