WINCHESTER, Mass. (Jan., 2009)—Wise Construction Corporation, a construction management firm specializing in the healthcare, biotechnology, education and corporate clients, recently completed the renovation and expansion construction project for Fresenius Medical Care at their North American corporate headquarters in Waltham, Mass.

 

Fresenius Medical, headquartered in Bad Hamburg, Germany, is the world’s largest provider of dialysis products and services. Its North American corporate office is located at 920 Winter St. in Waltham.

 

“We’re very pleased to have successfully completed this renovation and expansion project for Fresenius Medical, a world leader in dialysis products,” said John Wise, president of Wise Construction.

 

The project consisted of 40,000 square feet of new space and 40,000 square feet of renovation and restacking, including creating new offices, work stations, collaborative spaces and break-out areas such as conference rooms and training rooms.
