Completing more than two decades of excellence and distinguished service, Wise Construction continues to pave the way as a mid-size leader in the industry. Founded in 1984 as a general contracting company by John Wise, our firm has confidently grown and diversified with the vast majority of our clients in the Greater Boston area.

Today, as a dedicated mid-sized construction management company, providing pre-construction, general contracting, and program management services, we specialize in renovation work and new construction projects for the following markets:

We focus on projects in the range of one to ten million dollars for clients in the greater Boston and Cambridge area. We have teams of experts with the skill and experience to deliver projects on time and on budget. As a result, our clients are able to build with confidence and achieve their facility goals. This accounts for more than three-quarters of Wise Construction’s repeat work and enables our clients continue to ‘make a Wise decision’.
