Receptionist/Office Manager/Administrative Assistant – Full time
Description
Responsibilities include effectively managing the day to day activities of the reception area and common areas of the office, including copy rooms, kitchen, supply rooms, and reception area. Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner, greet visitors, and ensure the office runs smoothly. You will assist the Accounts Payable department in various functions such as filing, insurance certificates, and communications. Assist other departments with various tasks.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will be self motivated, enthusiastic, able to work with minimal supervision, thrive while multi- tasking, and possess problem solving skills. Time management, ability to work as a team member, strong interpersonal and solid communicative skills, flexibility, and a professional attitude are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
